Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you engage Sweeney Renewables (Frankie Sweeney Plumbing and Heating Ltd) to supply products or carry out installation or plumbing and heating work.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we've inspected the property. Any changes will be agreed with you before extra work proceeds.

Installation work

Our engineers are OFTEC and RGII registered and carry out installation work to the applicable Irish standards. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty (such as the Orca heat pump guarantee or Aklimat radiator warranty), the terms of that warranty are provided separately at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed with you before work begins. Please raise any billing query with us directly and promptly so we can resolve it.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by phone or email.
