A Gym Built For Women, By Women

Fitness Express is a ladies-only gym based at Forte Retail Park on Neil T Blaney Road in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. We opened our doors with a simple mission: give women in Letterkenny a fitness space that feels welcoming, safe and genuinely motivating — free from the intimidation that can come with a mixed-gender gym floor.

From your very first session, you'll be guided by coaches who understand that fitness looks different for everyone. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, stress relief or simply a healthier routine, our team is here to help you get there at your own pace.
