Our Story

Started with one rescue dog, Fara

Ruff Walks was founded by Lisa, whose journey rescuing and re-homing her dog Fara inspired her to build a business dedicated to happier, better-understood dogs. Gareth joined as a dog walker in 2022 and grew the client base from 8 to over 200 weekly walks before becoming co-owner.

Today our close-knit team — including Samantha, Kirsty and Tiarnan — brings together training expertise, daily dog walking and structured day care for owners across Derry/L'Derry.
