20 years of experience, an integrative approach

Kate Murphy is an accredited psychotherapist based in Letterkenny, County Donegal, practising since 2006. She offers a warm, non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported and understood.

Working integratively and drawing on Gestalt, humanistic and solution-focused approaches, Kate places the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the work — meeting each client where they are, at their own pace.
