Homebird sits on Holywood's High Street doing the simple things properly: good coffee, honest cooking, and a room you're glad to sit in a while. Mornings mean fresh-poured filter and the first batch of pastries; by midday it's eggs benedict, soup and sandwiches, and a tea list long enough to read twice.

We keep a table for the regulars and a highchair for the little ones, a seat outside for the sun and wifi for the slow mornings. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are on every part of the menu, not tucked in a corner of it.
