Meet Katalin “Kata” Beres
Kata brings almost thirteen years in the UK and a former career as a senior nurse assistant into every treatment room she works in. Since 2017 she has trained and practised as a holistic and therapeutic massage therapist, graduating from Healing Massage Ashbourne and going on to qualify as a Reflexologist, StarHolistic Body Help practitioner, Reiki Master and Access Bars Energy treatment practitioner — with Fascia Release Therapy training currently underway.
That blend of clinical background and holistic study means every session at Health and Soul Spot NI is built around you: your tension, your energy, and how you actually want to feel when you leave.
