Grafters sits at the heart of the Pennybridge Industrial Estate on the north side of Ballymena — a working café for working people, built around a fast counter and a full plate.

Mornings start with the fry going down in batches and the tea urn never quite empty. By lunchtime it's rolls, toasties and sandwiches made while you stand there, so you're back on the floor before the break's over.
