Our Story
Part of the Dromina Community Since 1983
Dromina Community Playschool & Afterschool has been caring for local children for over four decades. What started as a small community initiative has grown into a purpose-built service, moving into our current custom-designed premises at Ashbrook, Dromina in 2007.
We're proud to be run by the community, for the community — a not-for-profit service where every child is known by name, every parent is a familiar face, and every day is full of play, discovery and friendship.

What We Offer
Two Programmes, One Caring Team
Whether your child is taking their first steps into preschool or needs a safe, fun place after the school bell rings, we've got them covered.
Playschool
Ages 2 – 6 years
Sessional, play-based early learning in a bright, purpose-built room for up to 22 children. Our qualified team supports school-readiness through play, story time, arts & crafts, and outdoor exploration.

Afterschool
Ages 4 – 12 years
Safe, combined-care afterschool service for up to 23 children, with collection, a nutritious snack, homework support and plenty of free play to unwind after the school day.
